Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, optional phone number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We receive your purchase or subscription status and receipts; we do not store your full card details.
• Learning activity — the classes you access, lessons you complete, and certificates you earn.
• Support messages — anything you send us for help.
• Usage and device data — basic logs such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps, used to run and secure the service.

How we use your information

• to provide your classes and manage your account and access;
• to process payments and send receipts, renewal reminders, and account notices;
• to respond to your support requests;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
• to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the service — our hosting provider, our payment provider, and our email provider — under agreements that limit their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires. Our current providers are Hostinger (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vimeo (video hosting).

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, financial records). You can delete your account at any time from your Account page; see our account deletion page.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can access and update your details from your Account page, delete your account at any time, and opt out of non-essential emails. For any other request, contact support@thewebpaanda.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our classes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we delete any such information we become aware of.
