These Terms govern your use of Evergreen Studio's website, mobile app, and classes. Evergreen Studio is operated by THE WEB PAANDA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, 3rd Floor, M.h. Tower, Tonk Road, Pratap Nagar Sector 11, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared.

Access and payment

Some classes are free and others require a membership or purchase. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider at the price shown at checkout. For subscriptions, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, record, or redistribute our class content.
• Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt or scrape it.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Content and intellectual property

Our classes and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are provided to you for your own personal learning only. Anything you submit remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to host and display it as part of the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here; continued use after a change means you accept it.
