This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for purchases from Evergreen Studio.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed more than a quarter of the class.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@thewebpaanda.com from the address on your account, with your name and the purchase you want refunded. We will respond within 3 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page and keep access until the end of the current billing period. The current period is not refunded unless the law requires it. A renewal charged in error is refunded in full if you contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Non-refundable items

Classes you have completed, downloadable materials you have already accessed, and certificates that have already been issued are not refundable.
